摘要
财政是国家治理的基础和重要支柱,这一全新定位必然反映在时代和国家对财政学专业人才的需求及其人才培养模式的转变上。文章基于财富管理和社会治理视角,分析了高校财政学专业人才培养模式转向的必然性与适切性;以学科知识生态系统为切入点,提出人才培养模式的转变应以学科建设与发展理念为指导基石,从人才培养目标、财政学课程体系、教学模式与方法和实践教学体系方面阐述了培养模式转变的具体路径。
Public Finance is the foundation and an important pillar of state governance.The new orientation will be influenced on the demands for public finance specialty and its cultivation model of talent inevitably in the era and the country.This paper analyses the inevitability and the relevance of changes of cultivation model for public finance specialty from the perspective of the wealth management and social governance.We hold that the cultivation model should be based on the knowledge ecosystem of public finance discipline through reconstructing training objective,integrating and optimizing curriculum system,innovating teaching models methods,and developing practical course system.
