摘要
“双一流”战略对中国高等教育发展格局产生重要影响,也是新时期提升高校学科建设水平的重要方式。地方高校需要抓住“双一流”建设带来的机遇,积极应对各种可能的挑战,摆脱新形势下学科建设与发展面临的困境,通过优化治理结构、完善绩效考核机制等措施为学科建设形成良好的氛围。在此基础上,运用大数据理念与技术进一步优化学科建设的运行机制,在突出特色、精准把握学科发展方向、精确瞄准经济与社会发展需求的进程中不断提升地方高校学科层次和人才培养水平。
The“Double First Class”strategy will affect the future development of Chinese higher education and is key to the improvement of the discipline in colleges and universities in the new era.Local colleges and universities must actively respond to the external challenges brought by“Double First Class”so as to get over the dilemma they are facing in their development of disciplines in new situations.It is necessary to optimize the governance structure and performance evaluation mechanism and on this basis to optimize the operation mechanism of discipline construction with the big data concept and technology.In order to enhance the comprehensive strength,local colleges and universities should aim to improve the quality of discipline and talent training by highlignting their respective characteristics,accurately grasping the direction of discipline development and meeting the needs of economic and social development.
