摘要
针对传统故障诊断系统存在系统稳定性较差、故障时间过长、故障诊断效率较低等问题,设计了一种新的故障诊断系统——精密数控加工机械异常故障自动诊断系统。利用设备的振动等进行硬件采集。所设计系统是由数据采集子系统以及数据处理子系统两个部分组成,数据采集子系统主要负责数据采集以及数据的实时监测,并将采集的数据上传到目标系统,目标系统主要负责对采集的数据进行接收、存储以及通过浏览器进行数据显示,将采集的数据通过以太网进行距离传递,利用中心处理系统将数据进行存储以及故障诊断,完成精密数控加工机械异常故障自动诊断系统。实验结果表明,本文系统故障诊断稳定性较好,故障诊断所需时间少,且诊断效率高。
Aiming at the problems of traditional fault diagnosis system,such as poor system stability,long failure time and low fault diagnosis efficiency,a new fault diagnosis system--automatic diagnosis system for abnormal CNC machining machinery abnormal faults is designed.Hardware acquisition is performed using vibration of the device or the like.The designed system is composed of two parts:data acquisition subsystem and data processing subsystem.The data acquisition subsystem is mainly responsible for data acquisition and real-time monitoring of data,and uploads the collected data to the target system.The target system is mainly responsible for the collection.The data is received,stored,and displayed by the browser.The collected data is transmitted over the Ethernet,and the data is stored and diagnosed by the central processing system to complete the automatic fault diagnosis system for the precision CNC machining machinery.The experimental results show that the system has good stability in fault diagnosis,less time for fault diagnosis and high diagnostic efficiency.
