某弹载设备数字电路的故障自动检测系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对某弹载设备数字电路因高度集成化导致电路故障难以检测的现状,设计了集分立元件检测技术和模块化功能检测技术于一体的多功能数字电路故障自动检测系统,给出了测试原理图和激励信号的程序设计,并制定了电路故障自动检测流程,设计了上位机软件。试验结果表明:系统对分立元件检测和模块功能检测均具有高精度和高准确性特点,从而实现故障部分的快速定位,降低电路的维护成本,并且保证了弹载设备的可靠性。 Aimed at overcoming the difficulty in fault detection of the digital circuit of missile-borne equipment due to its high level of integration,an automatic multi- functional fault detection system is designed through integrating the detection technology of discrete components and that of modular function,with the test schematic presented and the program of excitation signal designed. What's more,the process of automatic fault detection was formulated and the PC software designed. Tests show that the detection system develops the features of high precision and accuracy in terms of the testing of discrete components and modular function to such an extent that the fault can be located promptly,which in turn reduces the maintenance cost of the circuit and ensures the reliability of the missileborne equipment.
