摘要
目前,机械故障诊断技术逐渐朝着智能化的方向发展,使用人工神经网络对故障进行诊断的优势较为明显。传统神经网络的收敛较慢,并且较为容易陷入到局部最小,所以就提出了改进的神经网络。根据相应的问题描述,实现了神经网络故障预测模型的改进,将机械故障作为例子,创建机械故障预测模型实现故障的预测,通过对比改进神经网络和传统神经网络,说明此方法的有效性。
At present,mechanical fault diagnosis technology is gradually developing towards an intelligent direction,and the advantage of using artificial neural network to diagnose faults is obvious.The convergence of traditional neural network is slow,and it is easy to fall into the local minimum,an improved neural network is proposed.According to the corresponding problem description,realize the improved neural network forecasting model,the mechanical failure as an example,a mechanical failure prediction model is crented to realize fault prediction,compare the improved neural network and traditional neural network,said the effectiveness of this method.
