摘要
Birnbaum-Saunders疲劳寿命分布是可靠性分析中的一个重要失效模型,它比常用的寿命分布如威布尔分布、对数正态分布等更适合描述某些由于疲劳而引起失效的产品的寿命规律,其主要应用于疲劳失效和电子产品的性能退化失效的分析研究中。针对带有位置参数的三参数Birnbaum-Saunders疲劳寿命分布,通过步进应力加速寿命试验损伤随机变量模型考察了其实际的应用背景,给出了求参数的点估计的方法,并通过模拟算例说明了该方法的应用。
Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution is an important failure model in the reliability analysis,which is more suitable to describe the life rules of the failure products caused by fatigue than common life distributions such as Weibull distribution and lognormal distribution.And it is mainly applied to the analysis and research of fatigue failure and performance degradation failure of electronic products.The practical application background of three-parameter Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution with a location parameter is investigated by the tampered random variable model in the step-stress accelerated life test.The point estimate methods of parameters are proposed,and some simulation examples are given to illustrate the application of the method.
