摘要
文章提出一种广义四参数Birnbaum-Saunders疲劳寿命分布GBS(m_1,m_2,α,β),研究了该分布的性质及密度函数的图像特征。
This paper proposes a generalized four-parameter Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution GBS(m1,m2,α,β),and studies the properties of the distribution and the image characteristics of the density function.
