摘要
疲劳破坏是起重机金属结构的主要失效形式,准确分析起重机金属结构的疲劳寿命是保障其安全运行的重要手段。以QD型(50/10 t-31.5 m)双梁桥式起重机为分析对象,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对起重机金属结构进行静力分析,获得典型工况下的应力和位移热点区域;然后将有限元模型导入Fe-safe软件获得疲劳寿命分布云图;最后将3种常用的疲劳累积损伤理论(Miner、Corten-Dolan和顺序法)应用于起重机的疲劳寿命分析并通过对比寿命计算结果确定起重机金属结构的疲劳寿命,提高了起重机疲劳寿命计算的准确性。
Fatigue damage is the main failure mode of crane metal structure,so accurate analysis of the fatigue life of crane structure is an important means to ensure its safe operation.Taking the QD type(50/10 t-31.5 m)double girder bridge crane as the analysis object,the static analysis of the crane metal structure is carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS to obtain the stress and displacement hotspot under typical working conditions of the crane.The finite element model is imported into Fe-safe software to obtain the fatigue life distribution cloud map.Three typical fatigue cumulative damage theory(Miner,Corten-Dolan and Sequential Methodology)are applied to the fatigue life analysis of the crane,the fatigue life of the crane metal structure is determined by comparing the life calculation results.This improves the accuracy of crane fatigue life prediction.
