摘要
为研究桥式起重机箱型主梁的在随机疲劳载荷下的疲劳特性,采用有限元软件,对其在五种典型工况下结构的静力特性进行了分析。分析结果显示,该主梁结构在其1/2跨附近的腹板与下盖板角焊缝处以及横向加筋板与腹板连接处焊趾处两个位置易产生应力集中,形成疲劳裂纹。采用多载荷步瞬态分析的方法确定该起重机主梁在完整工作循环下的应力热点区域关键节点的应力变化曲线及相应的载荷谱。基于有限元分析结果,利用FE-safe软件计算其在各载荷时间历程下的疲劳寿命分析,并结合统计数据估算其疲劳寿命。
The fatigue property of the bridge crane girder under random fatigue load is researched in the paper , and the static characteristics in five typical structural conditions were analyzed by finite element software .The results showed it is easy to be stress concentration and cause fatigue cracks , in fillet weld seat between web plate near the 1/2 cross and low cover plate , and the connection welded toes between transverse stiffened thin plate and web plate .Stress key node ’ s stress curve and its corresponding load spectrum of the crane main gird-er are determined by multi load step transient analysis .The FE-safe software is used to calculate the fatigue life under various load time based on the results of finite element analysis .Finally, according to statistics , the fa-tigue life of crane girder is estimated .
