摘要
为了便于在设计过程中选择和应用恰当的疲劳寿命分析软件,提出了基于层次分析法的疲劳寿命分析软件选择方法。以nSoft、MSC-Fatigue、FE-safe、WinLife、DesignLife等一些常用的疲劳寿命分析软件为研究对象,根据各个软件在理论上的特性以及在实践应用中的表现,提取了接口性能、材料数据库、功能模块、人机交互界面四个评价指标,构建了疲劳寿命分析软件性能分析层次模型,分析了各个性能之间的相互联系及对疲劳寿命分析软件综合性能的影响程度。通过结果分析,提出了疲劳寿命分析软件的选择方法,为合理选择疲劳寿命分析软件提供了参考。
In order to facilitate the selection and application of appropriate fatigue life analysis software in the design process, the selection method of fatigue life analysis software based on analytic hierarchy process is put forward. This paper studies nSoft, MSC-Fatigue, FE-safe, WinLife, DesignLife which are commonly used fatigue life analysis softwares. We extract the performance of the interface, the database of the material, the function of the module, the human-computer interaction interface of the four evaluation indicators according to the characteristics in theory and the performances in practice application. The performance of analysis hierarchical model of fatigue analysis life software is constructed; the correlation between each performance and the influence of the fatigue life analysis software on the comprehensive performance are analyzed. According to results, the selection method of fatigue life analysis software is put forward, which provides a reference for the reasonable selection of fatigue life analysis software.
