摘要
目前模具专业就业方向与产业人才需求、专业核心能力的培养与岗位需求一致性高,但存在专业人才培养定位与行业人才需求层次有一定偏差、毕业生基础知识掌握较薄弱及职业素质培养有待提高等问题。通过引导职业院校基于区域经济特点对模具专业人才培养调控数量并提升质量,有利于培养适应模具制造产业链中新型岗位能力需求的复合型技术技能人才。
It needs high consistency that the employment orientation of die&moulds pecialty corresponding industrial demand for talents,the cultivation of professional core ability corresponding position requirements.But there were some problems that the positioning of talent cultivation and industry talent demand level had deviations,graduates grasped basic knowledge weakly and their vocational quality training need to be improved.By guiding vo⁃cational colleges to regulate the quantity and improve the quality of talents training in die&mould specialty based on the characteristics of regional economy,it would be beneficial to cultivate compound technical talents who met the demands of new positions in die&mould manufacturing industry chain.
