摘要
目的:评估危机管理在口腔门诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月选取口腔门诊患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。甲组使用常规口腔门诊护理管理;乙组使用危机管理口腔门诊护理管理。对比两组不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果:甲组不良事件总发生率显著高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组护理满意度高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔门诊患者应用以危机管理为核心的护理管理模式,既可预防护理不良事件,还可提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of crisis management in the nursing management of dental clinic.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,82 outpatients of dental clinic were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases in each.Group A was given routine nursing management of dental clinic,group B was given crisis management nursing management of dental clinic.We compared the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of crisis management of dental clinic as the core of nursing management can not only prevent nursing adverse events,but also improve patients'satisfaction.
