摘要
托梁是液压支架的关键部件,其结构的合理性决定着液压支架护帮装置的使用性能。利用Creo软件对原托梁进行三维实体建模,并应用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行强度分析和结构分析,在保证功能和强度的前提下,提出几种方案对托梁结构进行优化,然后利用ANSYS Workbench分析优化后的托梁所受应力及变形的改善情况。
The joist is a key component of the hydraulic support,and the rationality of its structure determines the performance of the hydraulic support device. The original support beam was modeled by Creo software,and the strength analysis and structural analysis were carried out by ANSYS Workbench software. Under the premise of ensuring the function and strength,several schemes were proposed to optimize the joist structure,and then used ANSYS Workbench to analyze the improved stress and deformation of the joist.
