摘要
以5 000 kN连续驱动摩擦焊机主轴箱为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench平台建立了有限元模型。对受顶锻压力时的主轴箱体进行了静力分析。通过模态分析,计算了主轴箱的前8阶固有频率和振型。结果表明,现有主轴箱的设计符合使用要求,为箱体结构改进提供了必要的理论依据。
The 5 000 kN continuous drive friction welding machine headstock is taken as the object of study, and its finite element model is established based on structural features by taking advantage of ANSYS Workbench. The static analysis is performed on the headstock under the condition of forging pressure. The first eight natural frequency and mode shapes of the headstock were given through the modal analysis. The results expressed that the headstock design satisfied the requirements. It provides the theoretical base for the improvement of the headstock.
