摘要
高密度开孔聚氨酯泡沫广泛应用于海底管道配重层接头部位的填充,其熟化时间影响着海底管道施工效率。从化学反应的角度出发,分析了影响聚氨酯泡沫塑料熟化时间的因素,设计了三种配重层补口填充结构,测试了不同时间、不同施工工艺对其抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明减少聚氨酯泡沫用量、采用水喷淋降温强化散热有助于缩短聚氨酯泡沫的熟化时间,每种补口填充结构结合相应的施工工艺都可有效缩短聚氨酯泡沫的熟化时间,加速聚氨酯泡沫塑料强度增长,提高海上施工效率。
High-density open-cell polyurethane foam is widely used in filling the joints of the weighted layer of subsea pipeline.Its aging time affects the construction efficiency of the pipeline.The factors that affect the curing time of polyurethane foam were analyzed from the perspective of chemical reaction.Three kinds of field joint coating filling structures were designed.The effects of different times and different construction processes on the compressive strength were tested.The results show that the curing time of the polyurethane foam can be shortened by reducing the amount of the polyurethane foam and enhancing heat dissipation.Each kind of field joint coating structure combined with corresponding construction process can effectively shorten the aging time of the polyurethane foam,accelerate the strength increase of the polyurethane foam and improve the efficiency of offshore construction.
