摘要
提出一种用风冷替代水冷对环冷机平料砣进行冷却的方案。采用先建立模型再试算修正的方法得到复合壁面各层温度分布,然后用温差法求解复合壁传热量;求解时采用试算结合作图的方法快速得到换热装置工作点,在对原有水冷结构进行热平衡计算基础上,设计新的风冷结构并进行换热计算,得到新结构的换热量和冷却温度,并分析工作点的变化规律。结果表明:用风冷结构替代水冷结构的方案可行,但仍应设法强化散热,以降低风冷装置的工作温度和提高其耐久性。
A scheme for cooling the leveler of the circular cooler with air cooling method instead of water-cooling method is proposed.The temperature distribution of each layer of the composite wall is obtained by first establishing the model and then using trial calculation and modification method,and after that,the temperature difference method is used to solve the heat transfer amount of the composite wall.The solution of the heat transfer device is quickly obtained by the method of trial calculation in combination with diagram,and based on the heat balance calculation of the original water-cooled structure,a new air-cooled structure is designed and the heat transfer calculation is performed.The heat transfer amount and cooling temperature of the new structure are obtained,and the variation laws of the working point are analyzed.The results show that,the scheme of replacing the water-cooled structure with the air-cooled structure is feasible,but efforts should be made to strengthen the heat dissipation to reduce the operating temperature of the air-cooling device and improve its durability.
