海底管道手镯式阳极间隙填充材料比选 被引量:4

摘要 为了避免带阳极的海底混凝土配重管通过铺管船的张紧器时阳极的损伤,在阳极与配重层间以及阳极间的空隙须使用特定材料进行填充。文中针对可以作为阳极填充材料的沥青玛蹄脂、环氧砂浆和高密度聚氨酯材料从材料性能、施工工艺、材料成本等方面进行对比研究,从而筛选出最优的填充材料。对比研究表明:高密度聚氨酯材料是最优的填充材料。 In order to avoid anode damage when the anodized concrete weight coated pipe passes through the tensioner of the pipe laying vessel,special materials can be used to infill the gap between the anode and concrete weight coating layer and between the anodes.Mastic,epoxy mortar and high-density polyurethane materials,which can be used as anode infilling materials,are compared and studied from the aspects of material properties,construction technology and material cost,so as to select the best infilling materials.The comparative study shows that high-density polyurethane material is the best infilling material.
