摘要
目的:研究紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法:2015年3月-2019年1月收治局部晚期宫颈癌患者90例,按治疗方法不同分两组各45例。对照组使用5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗;观察组使用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后客观缓解率显著高于对照组,观察组术中出血量、手术时间均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合铂类药物可有效改善局部晚期宫颈癌患者近期疗效,改善各项手术指标水平。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combined with platinum in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:From March 2015 to January 2019,90 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,45 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with 5-fluorouracil combined with cis-platinum,the observation group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cis-platinum.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The objective remission rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the operation time in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of paclitaxel and platinum can improve the short-term curative effect of locally advanced cervical cancer patients and improve the various surgical indicators..
