摘要
基于微生物16SrRNA基因的高通量测序技术发展迅速,对该基因序列数据进行微生物操作分类单元(Operational Taxonomic Units,OTU)聚类的研究,产生了大量的微生物群落聚类算法和软件分析工具。为了更精确地识别微生物物种,从聚类方法、算法应用和当前存在的问题三个方面详细阐述目前的OTU聚类情况,OTU聚类算法应用主要体现在软件包工具和生物研究领域中,并综合最新的研究成果提出目前未解决的问题。
The high-throughput sequencing of microbial 16SrRNA has developed rapidly,and the study of clustering the 16SrRNA into Operational Taxonomic Units(OTU)produces a large number of microbial community clustering algorithms and software analysis tools.To identify microbial species more accurately,the current OTU clustering is expounded in detail from the three aspects of clustering method,algorithm application and existing problems.The applications of OTU clustering algorithm are mainly reflected in software package tools and biological research fields,and the current unsolved problems are put forward based on the latest research results.
