摘要
当前中职学校面向中小学生开展职业启蒙教育存在的突出问题是课程建设亟待加强,体现在课程性质认识不足,课程目标不明确,缺少课程指导性文件,课程实施上过于强调讲授法或技能训练法,忽视学生的讨论省思等。提升职业启蒙教育的科学性、规范性和实效性亟须树立课程意识,加强课程建设,而舒伯生涯理论为职业启蒙教育提供了直接理论依据:要明确课程性质和价值,充分发挥中职学校开展职业启蒙教育的优势和核心竞争力;构建基于舒伯生涯理论的职业启蒙教育课程目标和内容体系;从职业大类出发开发职业启蒙教育课程标准体系;强化讨论省思教学方法的应用,注重课堂的实践性和生成性;建立基于职业成熟度的学情调研和课程评价机制;加强区域内职业启蒙教育课程的统筹管理。
At present,the main problem of career enlightenment education for primary and secondary school students in secondary vocational schools is that the curriculum construction needs to be strengthened,which is reflected in the lack of understanding of the nature of the career enlightenment curriculum,unclear curriculum objectives,lack of curriculum guidance documents,too much emphasis on indoctrination and skill training methods,and neglect of students'discussion and reflection.It is necessary to establish curriculum awareness and strengthen curriculum construction if we want the career enlightenment education to be more scientific,normative and effective.Super's developmental self-concept theory provides a direct theoretical basis for career enlightenment education:vocational schools need to clarify the nature and value of the curriculum and give full play to the advantages and core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools in career enlightenment education;build the goal and content system of the career enlightenment curriculum based on Super's developmental self-concept theory;develop the standard system of career enlightenment curriculum according to the occupation category,adopt the teaching method of discussion and reflection,pay attention to the practical and generative nature of the class;and establish the learning investigation and curriculum evaluation mechanism based on the career maturity;strengthen the management of vocational education curriculums within the region.
