摘要
通过万家口子水电站大坝工程碾压混凝土现场工艺生产性试验,对试验场地选择、运输设备及运输道路的模拟、碾压混凝土拌合物、拌合投料顺序、碾压混凝土条带布置、碾压施工工艺、变态混凝土施工工艺、间歇期层间处理以及级配分区处理等进行了一系列试验,从室内理论到现场实施模拟,各项试验均验证了室内试验选定的碾压混凝土配合比的适用性、可碾性以及科学性,确定了合适的万家口子水电站碾压混凝土施工工艺,为工程施工提供了一套可靠的、合理的技术参数。
Through the on-site production test of RCC in Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station dam project,A series of tests are carried out on the selection of test site,simulation of transportation equipment and road,RCC mixture,mixing and feeding sequence,RCC strip layout,rolling construction technology,abnormal concrete construction technology,interlayer treatment in intermittent period and grading zone treatment.From the indoor theory to the field simulation,all tests verify the applicability,rollability and scientificity of the RCC mix proportion selected in the indoor test,the suitable RCC construction technology of Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station have been determined,which provides a set of reliable and reasonable technical parameters for the project construction.
