摘要
为满足阿蓬江大桥的主桥高墩超高泵送混凝土设计和施工要求,开展了机制砂配制高墩混凝土试验研究。通过混凝土配合比优化设计,对机制砂混凝土的工作性与可泵性、力学性能及耐久性进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,配制的机制砂混凝土的工作性与可泵性良好,具有良好的施工性能,可满足超高泵送施工要求;硬化混凝土的强度与耐久性满足设计要求。
In order to meet the design and construction requirements of the super high pumping concrete for Apengjiang Bridge,the preparation of high pier concrete with machine-made sand was experimentally studied.By optimization design of concrete mix proportion,the workability and pumping ability,mechanical properties and durability of machine-made sand were studied.The results show that the machine-made sand concrete has good workability and good pumping capacity and it has good construction performance and can meet the requirements of ultra high pumping construction and the strength and durability of hardened concrete meet the design requirements.
