摘要
超高层建筑泵送混凝土技术专业性强、难度大、过程复杂,施工过程中对泵送混凝土的各项技术指标的要求越来越严格。结合超高泵送混凝土施工技术在中交汇通横琴广场工程3号塔楼中的应用,文章就超高泵送混凝土配合比设计、设备的选型、泵管的布置及泵送施工工艺等方面,探讨超高泵送混凝土的施工技术措施,有效地解决了混凝土超高泵送过程中的难题。
The pumping concrete technology of super-high-rise building is specialized, difficult and complicated, and the requirements of every technical index of pumping concrete in the construction process are more and more strict. Through the application of super-high pumping concrete construction technology in the No. 3 tower of CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World, we discussed the construction technical measures of super-high pumping concrete from the aspects of the mix design, the equipment selection, the pump pipe arrangement and the pump construction technology, and so on. The difficult problems in the process of super-high pumping concrete in engineering are solved effectively.
