摘要 为准确监控仔猪保育箱内环境参数,实现多环境因子调节,使仔猪饲养达到福利养殖标准,设计了基于IAP15W4K58S4单片机及多种传感器的仔猪保育箱环境智能控制系统。通过传感器对环境参数采集后输入至单片机,单片机将数据处理好后向继电器发出指令,同时通过数码管显示,最终实现保育箱内环境因子稳定。实验结果表明:系统精准度高,响应时间短,适合多种工作环境作业,可以满足仔猪对于生长环境的要求。 In order to accurately monitor the environmental parameters of piglets in the incubator,realize the regulation of multiple environmental factors,and make the piglets meet the standard of welfare breeding.A piglet incubator environmental intelligent control system was designed based on IAP15W4K58S4 single chip microcomputer and a variety of sensors.In this system,the environmental parameters were collected by the sensor and then input to the single-chip microcomputer,which processed the data well and sent out instructions to the relay.At the same time,the environmental factors in the incubator were finally stabilized through digital tube display.Experimental results showed that the system had high accuracy,short response time,was suitable for a variety of working environments,and could meet the requirements of piglets for the growth environment.
