摘要
温度测量在工业生产和日常生活中占有越来越重要的地位。现代温度测量方法种类繁多,诸如红外测温、热电偶、热敏电阻测温和激光测温等。但是在日常生产中对内部温度测量精度要求比较高,并且不能损坏其密闭性,红外热成像法等方法只能通过直接测量物体或结构表面的温度,进而推导出内部温度的分布场,无法满足很多场合中需要测量物体的内部温度或对内部温度进行监控的要求。本文针对传统内部测温方法的不足,基于图像识别方法,提出了基于LiveWire算法的水银柱图像分割方法的用于猪仔保育箱温度适宜性监测的温度计设计。
Temperature measurement plays an increasingly important role in industrial production and daily life. There are many modern temperature measurement methods, such as infrared temperature measurement, thermocouple temperature measurement, thermistor temperature measurement, laser temperature measurement and so on. However, in daily production, the measurement accuracy of internal temperature is very high, and its airtightness can not be damaged. Infrared thermography can only directly measure the temperature of the object or the surface of the structure, and then deduce the distribution field of the internal temperature, which can not meet the requirements of measuring the internal temperature of the object or monitoring the internal temperature in many occasions.In view of the shortcomings of traditional internal temperature measurement methods, based on the image recognition method, a mercury image segmentation method based on a livewire algorithm is proposed for temperature suitability monitoring in the design of a piglet incubator thermometer.
