摘要
为防止播种过程中施肥过量和施肥断条现象的发生,研究了精播机施肥量实时测量系统。采用间接测量法测量实时亩施肥量,利用光电传感器阵列监视施肥排空和堵塞情况。田间生产试验表明,系统测量误差小于9.8%,具有成本低、测量精度高、实时性好、安装方便等特点。
For preventing from fertilizer excessively operated and no operated during seeding,the paper studied the real-time test weight of fertilizer operated by precision seeder.Real-time weight of fertilizer operated was indirectly measured,optical-electrical sensors were used to monitor fertilizer spout jammed and fertilizer exhausted.The system was experimented in farm,its testing errors were smaller than 9.8%.It had some characters,such as cheap cost,better test accuracy and real-time,and easy installation.
