摘要
为提高播种机的工作质量和自动化水平,研究设计了一种播种机排种自动控制装置.本文报道其中的播种机工作速度自动检测装置.本检测系统采用了光电式转速传感器将机具前进速度信号转化成脉冲信号,输入单片机进行推理得出机具的前进速度.采用汇编语言和模块化的程序设计方法,开发出了一套能自动检测播种机在工作过程中前进速度的软件程序.实验表明,使用MCS—51系列单片机及传感器组成的硬件测试系统实现了对播种机速度的实时检测和显示.
In order to improve the work property and automation level of the drill,a kind of automatie control device used in seeding of drill was designed. This paper reported the automatic monitoring equip- ment of working speed of seeder. In this sensing system,the actual moving speed of the seeder can be converted into pulse signal by a kind of photo-electric sensor,then the pulse signal is inputted into single chip microcomputer for reasoning and finally displaying the speed value of the seeder. According to the working principle of this device,adopting assembly language and modularizing method in programming, aset of software program that can automatically monitor the speed of the drill was developed. The test result showed the hardware system that constituted by MCS--51 single chip microcomputer and sensor circuit could determine and show the real-time speed of the seeder.
