摘要
目的建立中药制剂桑寄生健骨颗粒的质量检测标准。方法分别采用薄层色谱法(TLC)来对桑寄生健骨颗粒中的淫羊藿和桑寄生两味中药材进行定性鉴别,同时采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对桑寄生健骨颗粒中的桑寄生进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱法的斑点清晰,且分离度高,不同成分的阴性样品间无干扰;在0.56~5.60μg槲皮素的进样量范围内与峰面积的线性关系非常好,r=0.9999,平均加样的回收率为98.01%(n=6)。结论本研究检测方法操作简单,结果重现性好并且准确、可靠,可以达到有效的控制桑寄生降骨颗粒质量的目的。
Objective To establish the quality control of sangjishengjiangu Granules.Methods TLC was used to identify Taxilli Herba and Epimedium brevicornu Maxim..The quantitative determination of quercetin was completed by HPLC.Results The spots in TLC were clear without interference.And the same color sports appeared in the corresponding position of references and reference drugs.The linear range of quercetin was 0.56~5.60μg(r=0.9999)and the average recovery rate was 98.01%(n=6).Conclusion The quality control established is simple,accurate,reproducible and specific,which can be used for the quality control of sangjishengjiangu Granules.
