摘要
随着时代的不断发展,我国社会经济呈现出高速稳定的发展态势,人们的生活水平不断提高。我国工业也得到了快速发展,随着我国工业技术不断成熟,化工企业自动化控制技术已经被广泛应用在工业生产领域,虽然将化工企业自动化控制技术充分运用在生产领域能够有效提高生产效率,并且保证生产质量,但是在具体的应用过程中仍然存在一些不稳定性因素,一些干扰因素会严重影响工业自动化系统的正常运行,因此如何排除这些干扰因素成为相关部门应该重点研究的问题。从化工企业自动化系统控制干扰的来源入手,提出了一些切实可行的抗干扰措施。
With the continuous development of the times,China’s social economy has shown a rapid and stable development trend,and people’s living standards are constantly improving.China’s industry has also developed rapidly.China’s industrial technology has continued to mature,and chemical industry automation control technology has been widely used in industrial production.Although the full use of chemical industry automation control technology in the production field can effectively improve production efficiency and ensure production Quality,but there are still some instability factors in the specific application process,and some interference factors will seriously affect the normal operation of industrial automation systems.Therefore,how to eliminate these interference factors has become a problem that relevant departments should focus on.Starting from the control source of interference in the chemical industry automation system,some practical anti-interference measures are proposed.
