摘要
煤矿的皮带运输机系统使用PLC控制技术可以实现井下皮带运输机的自动化控制,确保工作人员实时监测皮带运输机的运行情况,并针对故障问题及时报警,以有效处理。以某煤矿为例,分析了PLC控制技术在煤矿皮带运输机中的具体应用,介绍了其具体的工作流程,以期为此后煤炭的运输工作提供更多的借鉴依据。
The belt conveyor system in coal mine can realize the automatic control of the underground belt conveyor by using the PLC control technology,ensure the staff to monitor the operation of the belt conveyor in real time,and alarm the belt conveyor in time to deal with the problems effectively.Taking a coal mine as an example,this paper analyzed the specific application of PLC control technology in coal mine belt conveyor,and introduced its specific work flow,in order to provide more reference for coal transportation work in the future.
