摘要
由于新时代对人才培养提出了更高的要求,创新成为高等学校实践教学改革的热点。在学生的培养过程中,各高校更加注重以创新思维和实践能力的培养作为核心目标。针对哈尔滨理工大学电子信息科学与技术专业实践教学环节存在的问题,该多元融合的层次化实践教学体系将以成果为导向对本专业的实践教学进行改革和重构,以学生的创新能力为目标,深度契合了工程教育专业认证和“新工科”建设的教育思想,符合国家创新驱动战略对人才的需求。经过探索和实践,该实践教学体系对创新人才培养行之有效,学生的创新和实践应用能力显著提高。
Since the new era puts forward higher requirements for talent cultivation,innovation has become a hot spot in the reform of practice teaching among colleges and universities.In the process of cultivating students,colleges and universities regard the cultivation of creative thinking and practical ability as the core goal.In terms of the problems existing in the practical teaching session of the electronic information science and technology majors of Harbin University of Science and Technology,the multi-integrated hierarchical practical teaching system will reform and reconstruct the practical teaching of the major with OBE(Outcome Based Education),aiming at the students'innovative ability.This system also deeply fits the engineering education professional certification and the education idea of"new engineering"construction,which is in line with the demand for talents in the national innovation-driven strategy.After exploration and practice,the practical teaching system is effective for the cultivation of innovative talents,and the students'ability to innovate and apply practically is significantly improved.
