摘要
文章通过对辅导员、思政课教师以及大学生三个群体的现状与需求的调研,分析协同育人工作开展的必要和方向。同时提出开展高校思政协同育人工作的有效方式,为搭建辅导员与思政课教师的协同育人机制提出建议和措施。
This paper analyzes the necessity and direction of collaborative education through investigations on the status and needs of counselors,teachers of ideological and political education,and college students.At the same time,it puts forward an effective way to carry out the ideological and political synergy education in colleges and universities,and puts forward suggestions and measures for building a co-educational mechanism of counselors and ideological and political teachers.
