摘要
在全员育人视域下,构建医学生医德教育协同育人机制具有重要意义,然而当前协同育人现状不容乐观,需要转变教育思想,优化顶层设计,以教学和科研的沟通合作为主要协同模式,以医德教育协同中心为主要协同平台,以学业发展指导和课外实践为主要协同领域,完善协同育人机制。
Under the perspective of overall education, it is of great significance to build a cooperative education mechanism of medical moral education for medical students. However, the current situation of collaborative education is not optimistic, so it is necessary to change the educational thought and optimize the top-level design. Based on communication and cooperation between teaching and scientific research, the cooperation center of medical ethics education is as the main cooperative platform, and the academic development guidance and extracurricular practice are as the main cooperative field, so as to improve collaborative education mechanism.
