摘要
以团队为基础的教学法是一种在以问题为基础的教学法上发展起来的新型教学模式,在我国医学专业学科广泛应用,但应用于循证医学课程的相关报道较少。文章为了探索TBL教学模式在循证医学课程中的具体实施过程,对教师和学生课前、课中、课后的实施分别做了论述,并以《内镜下黏膜切除术与内镜黏膜下剥离术对结直肠癌临床疗效的Meta分析》为案例,对TBL教学的实施过程进行探索分析,以期对我国循证医学课程中TBL教学模式的推广有所帮助。
TeamBased Learning(TBL)is a new teaching mode developed on ProblemBased Learning(PBL).It has been widely used in medical specialties in China,but there are few reports on its application in evidence-based medicine(EBM)courses.In this paper,we analyzed The clinical efficacy of EMR versus ESD for colorectal cancer:a meta-analysis as a case to explore TBL implementation process before,in and after class in teachers and students and to promote TBL teaching mode in the course of EBMin our country.
