摘要
随着城市化进程,城市更新日益加速。本文以芗城区中心城区为研究对象,依据近十年土地开发及土地出让的实际情况,分析城市土地开发强度的影响因素。运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法对促进土地开发影响因素进行综合赋权运算,构建研究区域土地开发强度基准模型。本文结合研究区土地开发现状对模型进行修正并剔除限制土地开发影响因素后得出修正的土地开发强度模型,运用GIS对土地开发强度空间分布状态进行展示。通过研究区土地开发强度空间分布图,对研究区土地开发强度及土地开发潜力进行分析,为土地开发提供一定的参考。
With the development of urbanization,urban renewal accelerated.According to the actual situation of land development and land supply in recent ten years,this paper takes the main urban area of Xiangcheng as the research object,analyzes the factors that affect the land development strength.This paper builds the benchmark model of land development strength of the research area by using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to give weight.Combining with the current situation of land development and eliminating the restrictive factors of land development,we amend the benchmark model and display the spatial distribution of land development intensity.Through the analysis of the land development intensity and potential in the study area,we hope it can provide some references of land development.
