摘要
采用“EB铸坯+4200 mm钢厂宽幅轧机”技术,将EB铸坯短流程、低成本优势与钢厂宽幅轧机及配套装备优势结合起来,研制出46 mm×2650 mm×8700 mm大规格低成本TC4钛合金宽幅板。与传统“VAR锻坯+钛厂轧机”技术路线相比,可以省去钛合金大规格板坯高昂的锻造及修磨成本,获得更大板幅钛板及更高得料率,大幅缩短工序流程,提高生产效率,并显著降低制造成本。
46 mm×2650 mm×8700 mm specification and low cost wide width TC4 titanium alloy plate was developed by ado-ting the technique of“EB billet+4200 mm wide width rolling mill of steel mill”and combining the advantage of short process and low cost of EB billet with the advantages of wide width rolling mill and supporting equipment of steel mill.Compared with the traditional“VAR forging stock+titanium mill factory”technique,the technique can save large size slab high titanium al-loy forging and the grinding cost and produce plates of larger size and have higher feed rate,so to significantly shorten the process flow,improve the production efficiency,and significantly reduce manufacturing costs.
