摘要
钛合金具有轻量化、抗腐蚀能力较强以及抗弹性能优良等特点,在兵器装备具有广泛的应力潜力,受到世界发达国家的关注。主要讨论国外兵器装备用钛合金低成本制造技术的研究进展情况,重点分析地面战斗车辆和轻型榴弹炮用钛合金的电子束冷床炉一次熔炼技术、熔模铸造技术和先进焊接技术,并对这些技术的前景和研究发展方向进行展望。
With such characteristics as light weight, good corrosion resistant property and ballistic performance etc, the titanium alloy has broad potentiality in ordnance equipment and is concerned by advanced countries. This article mainly discusses the research development of low cost manufacturing technology of titanium alloy used in foreign ordnance equipment, emphasizes on analysis of electron beam cold hearth single melting, investment casting and advanced welding technology of titanium alloy used in land fighting vehicle and lightweight howitzer, and prospects for the potentiality and developing trends of such technologies.
