摘要
基于对高炉炉缸结构在用和用后状态的调查,结合对近年来国内外多座高炉炉缸侧壁烧穿事故的分析,从在役炉缸的结构特征、炭砖的溶蚀特点,以及炉缸侧壁的传热规律角度,对高炉炉缸结构的维护提出对策。认为,对于在役炉缸结构状态的判断,需要通过多个维度的状态信息,尤其是对异常信息的辨析结果来进行,一成不变的管理模型或标准,将导致维护措施决策上的偏差,乃至不良后果。
By investigating the operating status of the BF hearth structure,and the status after service,and analyzing the burning accidents of BF hearths sidewall occurred home and abroad in recent years,some suggestions on maintenance of BF hearth structure are proposed in view of the structural features of in-service hearth,erosion characteristics of the carbon brick,and the heat transfer law of the heath side wall.It is necessary to judge the structural status of the in-service hearth from different aspects,and especially necessary to make judgment by analyzing the abnormality information because the hidebound management model or standard may lead to incorrect decision of maintenance measures,and even adverse consequences.
