摘要
介绍了近年来国内高炉炉缸炉底烧穿事故及其处理方法,分析了烧穿的原因,从高炉长寿高效目标出发,提出改进对策,期望迅速扭转烧穿事故频发的局面。
The burning-through accidents happened in the furnace hearth and bottom of a BF in our country over recent years and their solving methods are introduced,and then the causes leading to the burning-through accidents are analyzed.Finally some countermeasures for preventing such accidents from happening frequently are proposed for prolonging the service life of the BF in the way of high efficient operations in order to turn the situation of frequent burning-through accidents around for the better as quickly as possible.
