摘要
目的评定狼疮性肾炎患者采取泼尼松与来氟米特结合治疗的效果和对不良反应带来的影响作用。方法将本医院2016年4月至2018年5月诊治的60例狼疮性肾炎患者作为研究对象;随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例;观察组:实行泼尼松与来氟米特结合治疗;对照组:实行泼尼松与环磷酰胺结合治疗;比较两组相关指标。结果观察组治疗6个月后红细胞沉降率检测值、24 h尿蛋白定量检测值、C-反应蛋白检测值、肌酐检测值显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组病情缓解总统计率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应总统计率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对狼疮性肾炎患者实施泼尼松与来氟米特结合治疗的效果较优,且不良反应少,具有治疗安全性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of prednisone combined with leflunomide in patients with lupus nephritis and its effect on adverse reactions. Methods Sixty patients with lupus nephritis who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were included in the project data;Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group;the observation group: prednisone and defluoridation were implemented. Mitt combined treatment;control group: prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide treatment;compare the two groups of related indicators. Results After 6 months of treatment, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, 24-hour urine protein quantitative value, C-reactive protein detection value, and creatinine detection value were significantly lower than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05). The overall statistical rate of remission was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total statistical rate of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of prednisone and leflunomide in patients with lupus nephritis has better efficacy and less adverse reactions, and it is safe to treat.
