摘要
目的研究参芪地黄汤联合醋酸泼尼松片及环磷酰胺对狼疮性肾炎气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者血沉(ESR)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法选取河南省中医院狼疮性肾炎气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者72例,按照治疗方案不同分组,各36例。对照组采取醋酸泼尼松片+环磷酰胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪地黄汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后ESR、VEGF水平。结果观察组总有效率94.44%较对照组72.22%高(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组ESR、VEGF水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤联合醋酸泼尼松片及环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者,疗效显著,可明显降低ESR、VEGF水平,改善理化指标及免疫功能。
Objective To study the effects of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with prednisone acetate and cyclophosphamide on the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with lupus nephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Totally 72 patients with lupus nephritis with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were enrolled in our hospital.According to the treatment plan,36 patients were included.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate+cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the levels of ESR and VEGF before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the ESR and VEGF levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with prednisone acetate and cyclophosphamide in the treatment of patients with lupus nephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has significant curative effect,which can significantly reduce the levels of ESR and VEGF,and improve physical and chemical indicators and immune function.
