摘要
〔目的〕探讨重症监护室护理人员职业倦怠原因,为制订相关干预措施提供理论依据。〔方法〕选取开封市三级医院1CU护理人员98人为实验组,另选来自相同医院的其他科室护理人员100人设为对照组。采用压力源量表和工作倦怠量表进行测评。〔结果〕将护理专业、护患关系、工作负荷、工作时间、工作环境及人际关系作为压力源进行比较,实验组与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01);实验组职业倦怠中、重度检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理人员从事重症护理工作时间长短不同或学历、职称不同,其职业倦怠水平有明显差异(P<0.05)o〔结论〕ICU护理人员职业倦怠水平较高,其中不同特征职业倦怠各异,压力源多来自工作性质、工作负荷及时间分配等,急需医院管理者及相关部门予以关注,并制定相应的干预措施。
[Objective]To explore the causes of job burnout among nurses in intensive care unit and provide theoretical basis for fonnulating relevant intervention measures.[Methods]98 ICU nurses were selected as the experimental group,and 100 nurses from other departments of the same hospital were selected as the control group.Self-made stress scale and job burnout scale were used.[Results]Compared nursing specialty,nurse-patient relationship,workload,working hours,working environment and interpersonal relationship as stressors,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).The detection rate of moderate and severe burnout in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the level of job burnout among nurses with different working hours,educational background and professional titles(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The level of burnout of ICU nurses is relatively high,among which there are different characteristics of burnout.Most of the pressure sources come from the nature of work,workload and time allocation,etc.,so it is urgent for hospital managers and relevant departments to pay attention to it and formulate corresponding intervention measures.
