摘要
目的探讨不同科室护理人员的职业紧张水平。方法采用描述性相关性研究的方法,调查了广东省9家医院1 901名护士的职业紧张水平。结果不同科室护理人员职业紧张差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),以门诊、急诊、产科及ICU护士的职业紧张水平相对较高;而工作冲突是护理人员的主要职业紧张因素。结论不同科室护理人员的职业紧张水平不同,应对职业紧张水平高的科室的护理人员采取相应的预防措施。
Objective To explore the status of occupational stress on nurses in different departments. Methods Descriptive correlational research method was used in this investigation. Total 1901 nurses from 9 hospitals in Guangdong province were surveyed by Occupational Stress Instrument and Fatigue Scale-14. Results There were significant differences in occupational stress on nurses in different departments. The stress level of the nurses in out-patients' department, emergency department, obstetrics and ICU was higher than others. Working conflict was the main occupational stress factor. Conclusion The level of occupational stress on nurses is affected by their working department. Corresponding preventive measures should be applied in the departments in which occupational stress level is higher.
