摘要
因施工地质条件及驱动结构设计等原因,主驱动的油脂环、外壳体、密封跑道环等环件极易磨损,在进行大修或再制造时均需要进行更换。以在北京铁路直径线某标段使用的?11.97 m的NFM泥水盾构机为例,针对盾构机主驱动环件磨损问题,通过实例分析讨论,制定环件的再制造方案。方案实施后,有效恢复了各部件的使用性能,提升了盾构机部件再利用价值、缩短了再制造周期。
Due to the problems of construction geological conditions and driving structure design, the main driving rings, such as grease rings,shell, sealed runway rings, are easy to wear and tear, and need to be replaced during overhaul or remanufacturing. An example of FM slurry shield machine with a diameter of 11.97 m used in a section of Beijing Railway was given. Aiming at the wear problem of the main driving ring of shield machine, the remanufacturing scheme of the ring was worked out through field analysis and discussion. After the implementation of the scheme, the service performance of each component was effectively restored, the reuse value of shield machine components was improved, and the remanufacturing cycle was shortened.
