摘要 为解决盾构机主驱动密封跑道磨损问题,基于中铁某号盾构机再制造应用实例,详细介绍主驱动密封跑道磨损修复方法及检测过程。盾构机再制造后用于砂卵石及软硬不均地层进行施工,掘进3.5km后对修复后的盾构机主驱动密封跑道进行检测,检测数据与在相同环境施工的新机进行对比分析,结果表明:采用堆焊方法修复的盾构机主驱动密封跑道进行机加工和丙烷火焰炙烤消除应力后,基本可以达到原机性能参数。 In order to solve the wear problem of main drive seal runway of shield machine, the wear repair method and detection process of main drive seal runway were introduced based on the remanufacturing application example of a certain shield machine of China Railway. After remanufacturing, the shield machine was used in the construction of sandy gravel and uneven soft and hard stratum. After digging 3.5 km, the main driving seal runway of the repaired shield machine was tested. The test data were compared with the new machine under the same construction environment. The results show that the main driving seal runway of the shield machine repaired by surfacing welding method is machined. After the propane flame is used to remove stress, the original machine performance parameters can be basically achieved.
