摘要
通过解读国有资产处置的相关政策文件,分析当前高校国有资产的处置管理现状以及存在的问题,针对管理意识薄弱、内控管理制度不完善、处置标准模糊、程序执行欠规范、待处置资产信息不流通等问题,探究在新形势下国有资产处置工作的管理路径。
According to the deepen reform of decentralization,management and service in national higher education field,some new rules were formulated by ministry of finance and ministry of education.In this paper,based on the analysis of policy documents involved in state-owned asset disposal,the statuses and problems of current management of state-owned asset disposal in universities were indicated,and then the management paths of state-owned asset disposal were explored for the problems of poor consciousness,incomplete system construction,ambiguous disposal standards,non-standard disposal progresses and flux information of disposed assets,etc.,under new policy situation.
