摘要
随着高校办学规模的扩大和学科建设的发展使得国有资产增长迅猛,国有资产处置的数量也在逐年增加。在国有资产管理过程中,资产处置管理一直是薄弱环节,造成有限的教育资源不能物尽其用。针对高校资产处置管理中存在观念落后、资产处置管理机制混乱和流程繁琐等问题,并分别分析了问题产生的原因。有针对性的提出规范资产处置管理的工作程序、资产处置网络化等相应的解决问题的措施,以进一步提高高校国有资产管理水平。
Expansion of scale and development of discipline of colleges and universities makes the rapid growth of stateowned assets. The number of state-owned asset disposal also increases year by year. In the process of asset management,management of asset disposal has been a weak linkage,it results in insufficient utility of limited educational resources.In this paper,management problems of asset disposal,such as backward idea,confused management mechanism and complicated process,are listed,the causes of the problems are discussed. Appropriate solutions,such as standardizing and networking management procedures,are proposed to further improve management of university-owned assets.
