摘要
四川省电源结构以水电为主。长期以来,对四川省建设抽水蓄能电站的建设必要性存在不同的认识,一直没有进行较全面的站址普查、选点规划工作,全省抽水蓄能电站开发建设十分有限。在梳理四川省电力系统发展现状和发展规划,以及开展电力系统供需平衡分析的基础上,从丰水期调峰、吸丰补枯、风电光伏互补、满足成都及川东系统需求等方面,论证了四川省建设抽水蓄能电站的必要性。
The power supply in Sichuan Province,China is mainly composed of hydropower.For a long time,there is a different understanding of the necessity of constructing pumped-storage power stations in Sichuan Province,so there has been no comprehensive site survey and site selection planning,and the development and construction of pumped-storage power stations in Sichuan Province is very limited.Based on the analyses of the development status and plan of Sichuan power system and the balance of power system supply and demand of Sichuan power system,the necessity of constructing pumped-storage power stations in Sichuan Province is demonstrated from the aspects of peak regulating in flood season,complementary operating of hydropower between wet and dry seasons,complementary operating with wind power and solar energy generation and meeting the demands of Chengdu and eastern Sichuan power system operation.
