摘要
发电机定子绕组汇流排是连接定子线圈的重要电气部件,汇流排损伤会导致发电机故障,威胁人员与设备安全。以某水电站500 kV发电机定子绕组汇流排损伤问题为例,分析了汇流排绝缘磨损形成的原因,针对损伤问题提出现场处理措施。处理后的汇流排各项绝缘试验满足标准,此次原因分析及处理措施为类似汇流排损伤问题的解决提供经验。
Generator stator winding busbar is an important electrical component connected to stator coil.Damage of busbars can lead to generator failure and threaten safety of personnel and equipment.In this paper,the causes of sink insulation damage in an actual 500 kV generator stator winding is analyzed,and treatment and pre-control measures for the damage problem were proposed.The repaired busbar meets insulation tests and the analysis provides experience for solution of similar busbar damage problems.
