摘要
为了实现厨刀类刀具磨削机床数控编程的高效自动化,采用AutoCAD绘图功能与HNC-808DM数控装置相结合的方法,研究开发了一种具有刀具整体复磨、重点复磨、分段补偿、多工序磨削、基于DXF文件自动编程等功能的数控系统,该数控系统能读取DXF文件自动生成刀具磨削G代码程序,无需工艺编程人员,节省人力和时间。经过实际应用加工验证,该系统满足了刀具磨削工艺需求,操作简便快捷,提升了刀具磨削加工精度与合格率。
In order to realize the high efficiency and automation of CNC programming of kitchen knife grinding, a CNC system with the functions of integral regrinding, key regrinding, sectional compensation, multi work sequence grinding and automatic programming based on DXF file was developed by combining AutoCAD drawing function with HNC-808 DM CNC device. The CNC system can read DXF file and automatically generate the G code program of tool grinding,without the need of process programmer, saving manpower and time. Through the practical application, the system which is easy to operate,meets the needs of tool grinding technology,and improves the accuracy and qualification rate of tool grinding.
